Under the auspices of the Presidency of Al-Mustafa University, a specialized training workshop entitled “Cannula Fixation” was held on 4/28/2026 with the participation of students from the Department of Emergency Medicine, Radiology and Anesthesia. This was within the framework of supporting and developing the practical and clinical skills of our students. The workshop was held with the participation of Dr. Saman Khazal Jaafar, Dr. Noor Jawad Kadhim, Dr. Dina Muhammad Kadhim, Ms. Inas and Ms. Mina. The program included a comprehensive scientific explanation and direct practical application that contributed to enhancing the students’ capabilities and raising their efficiency in dealing with emergency medical cases. The workshop witnessed a distinguished positive interaction from the students, which reflects their keenness to develop their skills and keep up with the professional requirements in the medical field.

The course covered comprehensive scientific topics, combining theoretical and practical aspects. Students received hands-on training in blood collection techniques and learned about the latest scientific methods for handling body fluids, thus enhancing their competence in collecting and analyzing forensic evidence according to modern scientific principles. This course is part of the department’s ongoing efforts to develop students’ practical skills and provide them with applied experience that meets the demands of the job market and their field of specialization.
