The Department of Electrical Engineering Technology is one of the important departments at the university, as it works to graduate qualified personnel to work in the field of electrical engineering technology. The department includes qualified scientific staff in this field. It accepts graduates of preparatory studies (scientific/applied/industrial) (electricity – electrical power – electrical machines – electronics and control (electronics) mechatronics – communications, power generation and transmission – medical devices – laser systems maintenance – computer maintenance – elevator maintenance – media technology) + computer and information technology (computer assembly and maintenance/computer networks/mobile phones and computers) + graduates of vocational training centers/the Railway Institute, where the study period is three years, who have passed the ministerial exam in the corresponding specialization. Studies are offered in the morning and evening.
