Al-Mustafa University is a private university that includes (College of Pharmacy – College of Dentistry – College of Nursing – College of Law – College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences – College of Management and Economics, Department of Accounting – College of Health and Medical Technologies, Department of Radiology Technologies and Department of Medical Laboratory Technologies – College of Engineering, Department of Biomedical Engineering – College of Engineering Technologies, Department of Building and Construction Engineering, Department of Computer Engineering Technologies and Department of Medical Device Engineering Technologies – English Language – Oil and Gas Economics – Cybersecurity Technologies – Interior Design – Forensic Evidence – Electrical Power Engineering – Health Physics and Radiation Therapy Engineering Technologies -) advanced and pioneering with its academic partnerships and equipped with the latest educational means and scientific and applied laboratories. E-Learning Unit
E-learning at Al-Mustafa University College is conducted via Google Classroom, where communication between professors and students takes place electronically across all departments and levels.
The Continuing Education Center
The Continuing Education Center is an educational, training, and development institution established at Al-Mustafa University College – Baghdad by University Order No. 83, dated August 26, 2017. The Center aims to raise the academic and professional level of the college’s affiliates, serving the advancement of knowledge and contributing to community development.
Continuing education provides the college with a broad platform to engage with Iraqi society and interact positively with its various educational and technical sectors through specialized training courses that meet the needs of the university and the local community.
Among its objectives, the Center aims to develop the university’s administrative, professional, and academic human resources by offering qualification and training courses in various scientific and humanities disciplines for college staff, government institutions, civil society organizations, and the private sector. This aims to improve their performance and enhance their efficiency. The Center also ensures the college’s connection with the needs of the community and the labor market and conducts research and studies related to its local activities.
The central library
The central library of Al-Mustafa University College contains a wide variety of books in scientific disciplines (accounting, medical analysis, law, civil engineering, engineering technology, pharmacy, and miscellaneous books, etc.). It is one of the important centers in the college because it helps students meet their academic needs through this diverse collection of books, and it also serves as a quiet place for students to study during their free time.
Financial Affairs Unit
The Financial Affairs Department monitors the college’s financial needs and works to complete tasks through the activities of each of its divisions. It reports administratively to the Dean of the College and undertakes the following duties and responsibilities:
• Maintaining accounting and financial records.
• Recording and posting accounting entries to the appropriate registers.
• Drafting correspondence related to accounting and financial matters, budgets, financial statements, and trial balances.
• Preparing planning budgets, final accounting reports, and statistical reports.
• Processing disbursement documents for salaries, lecture fees, purchases, and other expenses, in accordance with budget allocations.
• Performing advance settlement calculations and entries.
• Preparing payroll lists and entering any monthly changes.
• Receiving funds, recording their entries, depositing them in the bank, and posting them to the cash register for reconciliation and issuing receipts.
• Ensuring the financial requirements for contracts and imports are met and legally sound.
• Maintaining records, documents, and lists, and creating a financial database.
